Code Rest
Rest isn’t retreat—it’s revolution. This 7-day online journey helps you get down to the real business - rest. You’ll receive a daily practice, gentle prompts, and all the permission to rest your way.
What do you actually need to be ready for CODE REST?
Just these 5 things.
A comfortable spot to rest in. Yes, your bed is great! So is your couch, a chair, your car, a hammock.
Ability to listen to a recording. Ear buds not required (unless you prefer them).
45 minutes dedicated to you (this includes set up, wrap up, journaling, the meditation and just some spacious time).
A devotion to showing up for 7 days.
Willingness to PLAY with rest
Seriously.
That's it.
Sure we can get into props, blankets, what ifs….its extra great if you can shut the door.
But you also don't need them if you don't have or want them.
We are getting into the easiest, quickest, nap you'll ever experience.
In a time when everything feels heavy and too much, Code Rest offers a gentle rebellion: choosing rest as an act of resistance.
Think of it as a soft rebellion. A creative reset. A sacred permission slip.
Opening and closing Rest Circle and daily Yoga nidra rest practice (on your own schedule).
December 27 (10a CT Opening Rest Circle) + January 3 (10a CT Closing Rest Circle). Daily email with a link to a meditation, a rest practice suggestion and a journal prompt. Your rest your way with gentle suggestions.
What could a week of dedicated rest feel like?
