I used to believe that caring for the world meant sacrificing myself.
As a highly sensitive empath, I was amazing at knowing what everyone else needed - and exhausting myself trying to give it to them. I was a chronic over-functioner, until I collapsed under the weight of trying to "save the world," dealing with grief, physical breakdown, and the crushing guilt that rest was somehow selfish. I spent a lifetime of playing by the rules, and always feeling like I was never enough.
That's when I discovered the truth: rest isn't the opposite of activism. It's the foundation of sustainable change. When I finally gave myself permission to rest deeply, everything shifted. I found my voice, my boundaries, and my power. Now I guide women like you back to your own magic - the kind that emerges when you stop apologizing for your needs and start honoring them as sacred. It shows up when you learn to say I am enough, and believe it.
You’re in the right place if…
You realize you aren’t a problem to be fixed.
You are ready to expand past the edges, roles, and preconceived ideas that kept part of your life stuck. Working with me can be a portal to ease, energy shifts, and feeling satisfied.
You are ready for the next chapter, not more exhaustion.
You arrived at the point (often midlife) where you are tired; tired of pushing everything forward, tired of trying to fit the mold that the world demands, tired of quieting your voice and feeling small.
You're ready to discover that rest isn't lazy. It's revolutionary.
You are a woman who follows her ache of your own calling, and is learning her way with no map, no certainty, and no applause in a world that only rewards performing. You want to reclaim your rhythm without guilt or apology.

FAQs
-
Yoga nidra (sometimes called “yogic sleep”) is a guided rest meditation that invites your body to relax deeply while your mind drifts between wakefulness and dreaming. You don’t move, stretch, or “perform.” You simply lie down, get cozy in your rest nest, close your eyes, and listen.
In that liminal space, your nervous system resets, your subconscious softens, and your body restores itself. One 30-minute Yoga Nidra can equal two to three hours of actual rest—without the guilt or the to-do list whispering in your ear. It’s rest that rewires.

I work with everyday leaders and chronic over-functioners—brilliant, capable women who do all the things yet secretly feel depleted, behind, or like they’ve lost touch with their own magic.
Most of my clients are midlife women in transition—career shifts, empty nests, grief seasons, creative rebirths—who crave space to breathe, feel, and re-imagine what’s next. Together, we untangle “not-enoughness,” rebuild self-trust, and create new rhythms of rest, expression, and peace.
If you’ve ever been told you’re “too much” or felt you have to earn your rest, you’re my people.
-
You might feel an inner yes if you’re:
Exhausted by over-giving or always being the strong one.
In a life-transition that feels foggy, tender, or uncertain.
Craving creativity, quiet, or a new sense of purpose.
Longing to feel enough without another certification, diet, or hustle.
My coaching and rest practices are for women ready to soften the grip of perfectionism and reclaim the parts of themselves that got buried under responsibility. If you’re curious about rest, healing, and holy mystery, you’ll fit right in.
-
Rest is Revolutionary” means choosing restoration in a world that worships exhaustion. It’s a quiet rebellion against patriarchal, capitalist, and cultural conditioning that measures worth by productivity.
When a woman dares to pause, she breaks the spell of “never enough.” Rest becomes resistance. Reflection becomes reclamation. Together, they become the soil where new power grows.
Rest isn’t laziness—it’s leadership. It’s how we rise rooted, radiant, and real.
-
A rest nest is the lovely space you create to experience Yoga nidra. It could be your bed, a couch, a chair. Bring in all the things that will make you comfortable; pillows, blankets, an eye mask, a favorite warm beverage, your journal and a touchstone.
A touchstone is a small item that you can hold in your hand that brings you back to yourself. A rock, shell, heirloom, token, coin. This can be real or something that you imagine holding.
-
My coaching and Yoga Nidra circles are grounded in feminist, trauma-informed, body-honoring practices. That means:
We question systems that taught you to override your body or silence your voice.
We center consent, community, and collaboration—never shame or “shoulds.”
We honor your lived experience as wisdom, not something to fix.
Feminist rest is about returning to your own authority. You get to define what rest, power, and success look like on your terms. No gold stars required.
